Job Duties
- assist individuals with personal hygiene
- support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- foster community involvement and participation in favorite activities
- develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
- maintain patience, compassion, and reliability in daily interactions
- collaborate with supervisors and team to ensure quality care
