Job Requirements

  • six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • adaptability

  • valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties

  • assist individuals with personal hygiene
  • support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

  • maintain patience, compassion, and reliability in daily interactions
  • collaborate with supervisors and team to ensure quality care
