Job Requirements

  • Part-time employment with potential for full-time hours
  • at least 1,000 hours of care experience preferred or recent licensing as CNA or PCA
  • physical fitness to perform caregiving duties
  • reliable transportation required
  • valid driver’s license and automobile insurance if transporting clients
  • ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
  • compliance with applicable state and federal safety regulations
  • no visa sponsorship available

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care experience with geriatric or chronically ill persons
  • exceptions for recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants or Personal Care Aides
  • experience caring for family members or providing companionship and housekeeping services
  • physical ability to perform duties

Job Duties

  • Providing companionship to clients
  • assisting clients with daily living activities such as dressing and grooming
  • maintaining communication with clients, families, and supervisors
  • transporting clients safely when required

  • reporting any changes in client condition to supervisors
