Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of related experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help individuals engage in community and recreational activities
- Manage behavioral challenges with patience and compassion
- Build meaningful relationships with participants
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
