Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, reliability, and responsibility
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
- Take initiative to provide compassionate and patient care
- Maintain communication and teamwork with supervisors and colleagues
