Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred but not required
- Some sites require prior IDD behavioral care experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task

- Valid standard driver's license with more than one year driving experience

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
- Facilitate participants' participation in community and recreational activities
- Manage behavioral challenges and provide care for complex needs
- Maintain clear communication and active listening with participants and team members
- Demonstrate responsibility and reliability in all caregiving tasks
