Job Requirements
- Minimum six months of caregiving or healthcare-related educational experience
- must own a smartphone and be proficient with mobile app technology
- basic English communication skills required
- reliable transportation available
- background check clearance
- must complete any required program-specific training
- comply with medical screening requirements including drug testing if applicable
- valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record for driving shifts
- able to provide additional documentation to comply with state regulations
Job Qualifications
- Six months of caregiving or educational experience (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.)
- own a smartphone and be comfortable using the CareLinx App
- ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers encouraged)
- reliable transportation to and from client homes
- pass a background check
- completion of program-specific training if required
- meet medical requirements such as physicals, TB tests, or client-specific screenings
- valid driver’s license if accepting driving shifts
- provide additional documents as required by state laws and regulations
Job Duties
- Provide support with activities of daily living including companionship, cooking and meal preparation, walking and mobility support, medication reminders (non-clinical), bathing, grooming, and dressing
- perform light housekeeping and laundry
- run errands or provide transportation
- safely pick up members after hospital discharge
- assist members with telehealth visits
- document care plan tasks and activities in the CareLinx App
- submit timesheets accurately and on time
- communicate with Care Advisors as needed
- maintain client confidentiality at all times
