Job Requirements

- Previous experience as a caregiver or personal support worker

- CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Job Duties
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene maintenance
- Assist with mobility and transportation, helping clients move around safely and comfortably
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dietary needs, ensuring they receive proper nutrition
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health, reporting any changes to the medical team or family members
- Engage clients in meaningful activities, including conversation, games, exercise, and hobbies, to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including household tasks such as laundry and light housekeeping
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided and progress notes
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Respect client confidentiality and uphold the dignity of each individual
