Job Requirements

High school graduate or GED preferred
one year of experience as a caregiver or home health aide preferred
ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
valid driver's license and insured car

Job Duties

Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
take clients on errands or to medical appointments
ambulation and transfers
personal hygiene and dressing
light housekeeping such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
patient-specific activities such as medication reminders, exercises
