Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Mobility to move throughout the lobby area and assist customers
- Manual dexterity for operating computer systems and handling paperwork
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
- Re-scheduling flights as needed due to maintenance or adverse weather conditions
- Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Efficiently checking in and out flights
- Billing flight reservations accurately and promptly
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
