Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
  • Experience in program coordination
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
  • Ability to perform physical requirements including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work outside regular hours and at different campus locations as needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of online technology such as learning management systems, Zoom, MS Office, Canva, Adobe
  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Organizational Leadership
  • Experience with small business development or digital content creation

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students in entrepreneurship and leadership incubator programs and career services center
  • Provide individualized coaching and resources to strengthen workforce readiness skills
  • Coordinate and participate in outreach efforts to recruit and engage students in incubator and workforce development programs
  • Plan and host informational sessions, workshops, and networking events connecting students with industry professionals and community partners
  • Oversee student tracking post-program to support alumni engagement and career outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with campus offices, employers, and community organizations to expand student opportunities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Center activities and student success
  • Manage financial tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation for incubators and workforce initiatives
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, student preparation, and execution of incubator and workforce development events
