- must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence
- must pass all health screens such as physical, TB, drug test
- must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
- ability to perform tasks related to activities of daily living

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in caregiving or related healthcare setting is advantageous but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with seniors and team members
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene practices
- willingness to complete necessary health screenings and certification
- ability to perform physical tasks related to caregiving
- open availability to work varied shifts
Job Duties
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals
- assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation
- keeping environment safe and clean for all residents
- observing residents for safety and reporting any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor
- complying with all health and safety regulations including passing physical, TB, and drug tests
- maintaining current basic first aid certification
- participating in training programs provided by the employer
