Job Requirements
- Must have a MN RN license and be in good standing
- CPR certification
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including every fourth weekend rotation
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing care needs

Job Duties
- Manage care of residents based on the resident-directed care plan
- Provide professional communication with residents interdisciplinary team
- Comprehensively assess, report changes, and track ongoing resident clinical needs
- Supervise direct care staff by providing direction, completing performance reviews and disciplinary action
- Make changes to direct care staff schedule to ensure safe resident care
- Work in a fast paced environment and handle changes in daily tasks well regarding resident care and provider follow-up
- Critically analyze and make effective change that benefits residents care and staff tasks
