Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • basic office skills
  • customer service skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong communication skills
  • familiarity with electronic health records is a plus
  • bilingual English Spanish preferred

  • maintaining accurate patient records in the EMR system
  • answering phone calls
  • assisting patients while maintaining HIPAA compliance
