Job Duties
- Managing front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination while providing exceptional customer service
- Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing
- Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records system, and preparing necessary documentation
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance
- Fostering a welcoming healthcare environment through professional and friendly communication
