Job Duties

- Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments for accurate billing
- Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the EMR system, and preparing documentation
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment
