Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in medical reception or office administration preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • willing to work full time in Fayetteville North Carolina

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in medical reception or office administration preferred
  • proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet patients and visitors courteously
  • schedule patient appointments accurately
  • manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • handle telephone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • maintain and update patient records and databases
  • verify insurance information and assist with billing processes
  • support clinical staff with administrative and clerical tasks
