Job Duties

Managing front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out appointment scheduling and referral coordination
Verifying insurance coverage processing authorizations and collecting payments to support accurate billing
Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients updating information in the EMR system and preparing necessary documentation
Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment
