Job Duties
- Managing front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination
- Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments
- Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients courteously and professionally while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment
