Job Duties

  • Managing front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
  • Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support billing accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records system, and preparing documentation
  • Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance
  • Supporting a welcoming and compliant healthcare environment
