Job Duties

Managing front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination
Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments
Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients and updating information in the EMR system
Preparing necessary documentation for patient care
Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while preserving HIPAA compliance
