Job Duties
- Managing front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Verifying insurance coverage and processing authorizations
- Collecting payments and supporting accurate billing
- Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients and updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment
