- must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with computers and basic software tools
- ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
- flexibility to work within varied hours as needed

Job Duties
- greet clients and guide them to exam rooms
- communicate appointment expectations before visits
- enter electronic medical records in real-time during exams
- create treatment plans based on veterinarian instructions
- coordinate with veterinary technician team for treatments and prescriptions
- explain treatment plans and review discharge instructions with clients
- handle appointment scheduling, check-out, and payment processing
- follow up on patients post-visit and communicate test results
- manage prescription refill requests
