Job Requirements
- must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
- must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for six or more hours a day
- must be able to perform repetitive hand motions including grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling and reaching for entire shift
- may be exposed to excessive noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, and extreme temperatures or wetness
- must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be 21 years old for gaming server and bartender positions
- evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- ability to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
Job Duties
- be fully knowledgeable of the menu to inform customers of daily specials, answer questions and make recommendations when needed
- write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff
- prioritize guest service ensuring high standards are met daily
- roll silverware, set up and prepare for next shift, and buss tables when needed
- build positive rapport with guests to enhance their experience
- work collaboratively with team members and maintain an upbeat attitude during shifts
- demonstrate commitment to a positive, can-do approach in all service interactions
