Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old for gaming servers and bartenders
- must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the u.s.
- must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
- must be able to lift and carry supplies up to 50 pounds
- must be able to stand, walk, and bend for 6 or more hours
- must be able to perform repetitive hand movements for entire shift
- must be able to work in environments with noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature variations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, g.e.d., or equivalent
- open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with guests
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- knowledge of menu and serving procedures
- positive and energetic attitude
Job Duties
- knowledgeable of the menu to inform customers of daily specials and make recommendations
- write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers
- provide excellent guest service to enhance customer satisfaction
- roll silverware and set up for next shift
- buss tables after customers have finished dining
- build positive rapport with guests
- work collaboratively with team maintaining an upbeat attitude
