Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old for gaming servers and bartenders
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of drug test and background check
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Comfortable with repetitive hand motions
- Willingness to work in potentially harsh environmental conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Open availability with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years old for gaming servers and bartenders
- Ability to provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend for 6 or more hours a day
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements such as grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling and reaching throughout shift
- Willingness to work in environments with exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, temperature and humidity extremes
Job Duties
- Fully knowledgeable of the menu to inform customers of daily specials, answer questions and make recommendations when needed
- Write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff
- Provide exceptional guest service and consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences
- Roll silverware, set up and prepare for next shift
- Buss tables when needed after customers have finished dining
- Build a positive rapport with guests
- Work collaboratively with a team and maintain an upbeat attitude during shift
