Job Requirements

must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day
must be able to use hands repetitively including simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling and reaching throughout shift
must be be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
must be able to work in environments with exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, temperature, humidity or wetness extremes

Job Qualifications

high school diploma, g.e.d. or equivalent
open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
must be 21 years old for gaming server positions
evidence of employment eligibility in the u.s.
ability to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check

Job Duties

be fully knowledgeable of the menu to inform customers of daily specials, answer questions and make recommendations
write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff
prioritize guest service and strive to enhance customer satisfaction daily
roll silverware, set up and prepare for next shift, buss tables when needed
build a positive rapport with guests
work effectively within a team and maintain an upbeat attitude during shifts
commit to displaying a positive, can-do attitude consistently
