Job Requirements
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk stand and bend for 6 or more hours per day
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands such as grasping pushing pulling and reaching
- Must be able to work in environments with noise dust chemicals temperature extremes or humidity
- Must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Open availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years old for gaming servers and bartenders
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and improve service skills
Job Duties
- Be fully knowledgeable of the menu to inform customers of daily specials answer questions and make recommendations
- Write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for kitchen staff
- Prioritize guest service and strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Roll silverware set up and prepare for next shift buss tables when needed
- Build positive rapport with guests
- Work effectively with team members and maintain an upbeat attitude
- Display a positive can-do attitude at all times
