Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a pilot-in-command in Part 135 operations within the 6 years preceding position
- A minimum of 2,500 hours total flight time and at least 500 hours of turbine PIC time in a Part 135 environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating the Cessna Caravan C208, with both land and seaplane experience required
- Free of any documented flight violations, mishaps or incidents in the past 10 years
- Current FAA Medical Certificate (1st class)
- FAA Certificate (Commercial Pilot with Instrument Rating), ATP preferred
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of federal identification
- Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment including verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information

Job Duties
- Conducts indoctrination training for new pilots and refresher training for experienced pilots
- Reviews reports on pilot performance and forwards reports to Federal Aviation Administration
- Discusses operational and personal problems with subordinates to improve morale and efficiency
- Studies technical manuals and government regulations to ensure legal compliance and appropriate training manuals
- Represents company during contract negotiations with pilots' union
- Conducts training classes covering emergency procedures and use of survival equipment
- Directs preparation of flight-crew schedules and personnel assignments
