Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, points on driving record cannot exceed 8
- no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years
- authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- minimum of six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- ability to work full-time hours with flexibility
- strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
- ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues, pull vehicle out of prep processing if necessary
- maintain a clean and orderly work area, report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to and from branches
- maintain overall site appearance including cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
- perform site appearance duties such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot, and other miscellaneous cleanliness tasks
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
