Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to work the scheduled shifts including weekends
- Physical capability to perform detailing tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to maintain punctuality and regular attendance
- Ability to pass any required background checks or company screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor and prolonged periods of standing
- Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards
- Good communication skills for assisting customers and team collaboration
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel levels, warning lights, and inspect windshield for damage
- Factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- Inspect vehicle exterior for damage and check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- Fuel and stage vehicles for rental
- Report safety concerns such as warning lights, vehicle or windshield damage, and pull vehicles out of processing as necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to and from the branch
- Maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors
- Perform daily site appearance tasks including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lots, and other cleanliness duties
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
