Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the public
- Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot or cold weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the car wash
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome each guest and assist them throughout the wash process
- Maintain a positive attitude, where a smile is a part of the uniform
- Engage guests in polite, friendly conversation, providing them with information about our membership offerings and their benefits
- Work with fellow team members to keep the site clean and organized
- Become a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, and apply that knowledge daily
