Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cashiering or POS experience is a plus
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy environment
reliable and punctual
flexible availability including weekends
ability to stand for extended periods

Previous cashiering or POS system experience preferred
excellent customer service and communication skills
organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
able to work on your feet and maintain a positive attitude
schedule flexibility with the ability to work some weekends and have a day off during the same week

Job Duties

Greet every guest and provide prompt, courteous service
handle payment transactions accurately using our POS system
process Unlimited Wash Club memberships and manage account questions
sell car care items, accessories, and gift cards from our retail area
schedule and check in guests for interior detailing and express clean services
answer customer calls and assist with general inquiries
keep the front counter and lobby organized, clean, and guest-ready at all times
