Job Requirements
- positive, energetic, "can do" attitude
- high mobility for up to eight hours a shift
- customer service skills and welcoming, friendly attitude
- basic math and reading skills
- available to work on a rotational basis at multiple locations
- preferred enrollment in a post-secondary or technical/training program

Job Duties
- Guest service and experience, sprint and smile - responsible for quick and friendly service to guests and internal team members at all times
- car-side order taking and delivery of orders within predetermined time limit
- knowledgeable of menu items and pricing to elevate guest experience
- recognizing new guests and welcoming them to the Swensons experience
- adhere to seasonal uniform standards as brand ambassadors
- use handheld devices to take orders and process guest transactions
- financial responsibility for all guest transactions, both credit and cash
- ensure temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, and service of menu items meet operational standards
- promote and adhere to Swensons core values and mission statement
- perform other job-related duties as assigned including preparing food items, cleaning, refilling inventory, assisting with online/phone orders
- maintain standards of excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety in the restaurant
