Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to have high mobility for up to eight hours a shift
- Customer service skills
- Available to work on a rotational basis at multiple locations
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be available for at least two lunch shifts
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and transport up to 30 pounds
- Basic math and reading proficiency
- Positive, energetic attitude

Job Duties
- Provide quick and friendly service to guests and internal team members
- Take and deliver car-side orders within predetermined time limits
- Be knowledgeable of menu items and pricing to enhance guest experience
- Greet new guests and welcome them to the Swensons experience
- Adhere strictly to seasonal uniform standards and maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Use handheld devices to take orders and process guest transactions
- Handle financial transactions accurately, including credit and cash
- Ensure temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, and service of menu items meet operational standards
- Promote and adhere to Swensons core values and mission
- Perform additional tasks such as food preparation, cleaning, inventory restocking, and assisting with online or phone orders as needed
- Maintain excellence in food quality, service friendliness, cleanliness, and safety
