Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work any assigned shift according to operational needs
  • Internal candidates must have completed probation with excellent attendance and performance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Prior experience in automotive or vehicle fleet management is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer proficiency to manage fleet systems

Job Duties

  • Control the flow of cars and manage vehicle inventory
  • Check and log new arrivals in the fleet computer system with accurate status updates
  • Ensure lot merchandising is maintained including front line readiness, correct pricing stickers, buyers guides, and frame plates
  • Park and align vehicles to maintain a presentable sales lot
  • Manage the back-overflow lot and shuttle cars to vendors as needed
  • Assist with dealer trades and customer pick-ups
  • Maintain fuel logs and prepare reports as requested by the Location Manager
  • File reports as needed
