Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work any assigned shift according to operational needs
- Internal candidates must have completed probation with excellent attendance and performance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Prior experience in automotive or vehicle fleet management is advantageous
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer proficiency to manage fleet systems
Job Duties
- Control the flow of cars and manage vehicle inventory
- Check and log new arrivals in the fleet computer system with accurate status updates
- Ensure lot merchandising is maintained including front line readiness, correct pricing stickers, buyers guides, and frame plates
- Park and align vehicles to maintain a presentable sales lot
- Manage the back-overflow lot and shuttle cars to vendors as needed
- Assist with dealer trades and customer pick-ups
- Maintain fuel logs and prepare reports as requested by the Location Manager
- File reports as needed
