Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have proven delivery driving experience or similar customer-facing role
- Must possess a valid driver's license, registration and insurance
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile delivery radius is a plus
- Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt deliveries
- Maintain knowledge of the delivery area within a two-mile radius
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations
