Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must own a vehicle with valid registration and insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to manage time and navigate delivery zones efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with local area within a 2-mile radius preferred
- Ability to use smartphone apps for order management
- Own a reliable vehicle with valid license, registration, and insurance
- Must be 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction in person or by phone
- Use the delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt deliveries
- Maintain knowledge of the local delivery zone to optimize routes
- Comply with all safety and company policies during deliveries
