Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person and by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate updates to customers
- Maintain knowledge of the local delivery area to ensure efficient routes
- Uphold company safety standards while driving
- Handle any customer inquiries or issues professionally
