Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license, valid vehicle registration, and insurance
- must have own reliable car
- must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- must have a smartphone with a data plan
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior delivery or customer service experience a plus
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to navigate and know the local 2-mile radius area
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must have a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
- ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- smartphone with data plan
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream safely and in a timely manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person or by phone
- use Insomnia Cookies' delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
