Job Requirements
- Must have own car
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have valid vehicle registration
- Must have valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid vehicle registration
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Smartphone with data plan
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app according to approved company standards and update customers with accurate delivery status
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment and vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines during delivery
- Report any issues or delays promptly to management
