Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have own car, valid driver's license, registration and insurance
- Must pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Ability to work up to 30 hours per week
- Willingness to work flexible part-time schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Own a reliable car with valid registration and insurance
- Experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery apps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to provide accurate status updates to customers
- Adhere to all safety protocols during delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Report any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly
