Job Requirements
- Must have your own car
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Valid vehicle registration required
- Valid vehicle insurance required
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the local 2-mile delivery zone is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use a smartphone with delivery apps effectively
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person and by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates
- Maintain knowledge of local delivery routes within the 2-mile radius
- Ensure vehicle and delivery safety standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues courteously
