Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have valid vehicle registration and insurance
- Must own a reliable vehicle
- Must pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with an active data plan
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Strong organizational abilities
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the local delivery area is advantageous
- Ability to operate a smartphone and use delivery-related apps

Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions both in-person and by phone
- Use the company delivery app according to approved standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time efficiently and organize deliveries within the assigned zone
- Maintain a clean and presentable personal appearance to represent the brand
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety protocols
