Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have own car, valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration and insurance
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with local area or ability to use GPS navigation efficiently
- Basic smartphone proficiency
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies' delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage delivery route efficiently within the local delivery zone
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of delivery vehicle
- Comply with all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries
