Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone
- use Insomnia's delivery app according to approved company standards
- provide accurate status updates to customers
- manage delivery routes efficiently within local zones
- maintain cleanliness and organization of your vehicle suitable for safe delivery
