Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 10 years of flight operations experience including Pilot-in-Command experience
- Minimum 5000 hours total flight time including 2500 hours multi-engine and 1000 hours jet flight time
- Federal Aviation Administration Airline Transport Pilot license with multi-engine and instrument rating
- 1st Class Medical license
- Federal Communications Commission license
- Valid US passport

Job Duties
- Operate aircraft in accordance with approved AFM, FAR, and company Flight Operations Manual
- Perform duties of Pilot-in-Command with full authority and responsibility for safe operation
- Supervise all crew members assigned to flight
- Ensure completion of preflight inspection and verify all necessary equipment, paperwork, and supplies are onboard
- Obtain complete weather briefing for departure, en-route, destination and alternate airports
- Review aircraft performance and calculate weight and balance to ensure flight within operating limits
- Report cancellation or diversion of flight to dispatcher and management
- Coordinate with lead passenger regarding passenger arrangements
- Utilize cockpit flows and checklists and complete all required trip paperwork
- Ensure thorough post-flight inspection following each flight
- Complete customs and general declaration forms as required and maintain custody of passengers prior to customs or immigration clearance
- Refuse transportation if the carriage poses risk to safety
- Perform additional Training Officer or Safety Officer duties including development of training and safety plans as assigned
