Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • minimum 10 years flight operations experience
  • minimum 5000 hours total flight time
  • 2500 hours multi-engine flight time
  • 1000 hours jet flight time
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot license with multi-engine and instrument rating
  • 1st Class Medical license
  • FCC license
  • valid US passport

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • minimum of 10 years of flight operations experience including Pilot-in-Command experience
  • minimum of 5000 hours total flight time including 2500 hours multi-engine flight time and 1000 hours jet flight time
  • valid Federal Aviation Administration Airline Transport Pilot (FAA ATP) license with multi-engine and instrument rating
  • current 1st Class Medical license
  • Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license
  • valid US passport
  • preferred Gulfstream V type rating and international flight experience

Job Duties

  • operate aircraft in accordance with approved AFM, FAR, and company Flight Operations Manual
  • perform duties of Pilot-in-Command with full authority and responsibility for safe flight operations
  • supervise all crew members assigned to the flight
  • ensure completion of preflight inspection and that all required equipment, paperwork and supplies are onboard
  • obtain complete weather briefings for departure, en-route, destination, and alternate airports
  • review aircraft performance and calculate weight and balance to ensure flight safety within operating limits
  • report flight cancellations or diversions to dispatcher, Chief Pilot, and Director of Aviation
  • coordinate with lead passenger concerning passenger arrangements
  • utilize cockpit flows and checklists and complete all required trip paperwork
  • ensure thorough post-flight inspection after each flight
  • complete customs and general declaration forms as required and maintain custody and control of passengers prior to customs or immigration clearance
  • refuse transportation to any person or object posing a risk to aircraft safety
  • may perform additional Training Officer and/or Safety Officer duties, including developing training and safety plans
