Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs, walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
- Visual and hearing ability sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to follow alcohol service policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
- Beneficial to have one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment
- Experience with point-of-sale systems in service or hospitality environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with team members
- No high school diploma or GED required
Job Duties
- Greet and attend to guests' needs, provide menus and communicate restaurant specials, answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage orders
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to alcohol service policies and procedures
- Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, prepare and deliver checks to guests
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
