Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work variable flight schedules
  • willingness to travel worldwide without restrictions
  • minimum experience thresholds met related to total flying hours and aircraft types
  • physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and adapting to various work environments

Job Qualifications

  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical
  • 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
  • 1,500 hours Pilot in Command
  • 1,500 hours multi-engine experience
  • 500 hours turbojet time
  • 500 hours turbine time
  • 100 hours night flying
  • 75 hours simulated instrument training
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • quality-driven mindset
  • college degree preferred
  • appropriate Aircraft Type Rating and currency
  • proven leadership and collaboration abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead with confidence making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance
  • maintain a complete working knowledge of aircraft systems to manage flight plans and adapt to changing conditions
  • collaborate and mentor second in command preparing them for future leadership roles
  • perform functions of TSA Flight Security Coordinator including passenger safety briefings and security program compliance
  • record and report all aircraft discrepancies promptly
  • manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete trip paperwork accurately
  • represent Jet Aviation professionally embodying the company’s brand and mission
