- ability to work variable flight schedules
- willingness to travel worldwide without restrictions
- minimum experience thresholds met related to total flying hours and aircraft types
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and adapting to various work environments
Job Qualifications
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- FAA First Class Medical
- 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
- 1,500 hours Pilot in Command
- 1,500 hours multi-engine experience
- 500 hours turbojet time
- 500 hours turbine time
- 100 hours night flying
- 75 hours simulated instrument training
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- quality-driven mindset
- college degree preferred
- appropriate Aircraft Type Rating and currency
- proven leadership and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Lead with confidence making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance
- maintain a complete working knowledge of aircraft systems to manage flight plans and adapt to changing conditions
- collaborate and mentor second in command preparing them for future leadership roles
- perform functions of TSA Flight Security Coordinator including passenger safety briefings and security program compliance
- record and report all aircraft discrepancies promptly
- manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete trip paperwork accurately
- represent Jet Aviation professionally embodying the company’s brand and mission
