  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical
  • minimum 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
  • 1,500 hours Pilot in Command
  • 1,500 hours multi-engine
  • 500 hours turbojet
  • 500 hours turbine
  • 100 hours night flight
  • 75 hours simulated instrument
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work variable schedule
  • willingness to travel worldwide
  • physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Take command of all assigned flights ensuring safety and compliance
  • maintain complete knowledge of all aircraft systems and manage flight plans
  • work closely with second in command to mentor and prepare them for leadership
  • perform TSA Flight Security Coordinator duties and conduct passenger safety briefings
  • support open communication on safety issues and report hazards
  • record and report all aircraft discrepancies
  • manage trip documentation and maintain aircraft manuals
  • represent Jet Aviation with professionalism
  • adapt to changing conditions and ensure seamless travel experience
